The 2 guest apartment is perched high above the surrounding roof tops of Tamariu but only 30 meters from the beach. This beautiful appointed apartment 3 storeys up boasts a very large roof top terrace with views overlooking the sea. Sun beds on this south facing terrace mean that you could sunbathe in perfect seclusion all day. There is secure underground parking for one car. Access is via a very pleasant shady courtyard and into the main entrance hall leading to the staircase.
The living dining area has patio doors out to the patio terrace. The dining table sits on the middle of the room but can be positioned on the terrace for alfresco dining under the stars with the Mediterranean lapping the beach just a short distance away.
Part of this room encompasses a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine.
There is satellite TV The double bedded room has also sliding patio doors onto the terrace and adjoining is a wonderful ensuite bathe room with a very large Jacuzzi and shower. All linen and towels are provided andthere are no hidden extras. Both large sliding windows /doors have shutters and curtains and the whole living area has fully controllable air conditioning.
There is a small supermarket 100 meters inland where all provisions are obtainable.
The main beach at Tamariu 30 metres away is extremely clean and nearly all sand with waters around this area believed to be the purest on the coast and enjoy the special BLUE FLAG accreditation.
Llafranc nearby has a small marina and a tree lined beach side promenade and just beyond is Calella stylish and with great character. Here in this wonderful old Spanish fishing village is a simple uncomplicated holiday resort that will give you a time to remember.
